Our Corporate Office is now hiring a Staff Accountant in Mountain View, CA. This position is full-time, non-exempt with full benefits and will be responsible for supporting our accounting operations. We’re looking for an energetic and organized individual who will contribute to our “People First” culture by providing high quality service to our company and hard-working employees. The schedule for the position is Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm.
Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare journal entries at period-end close
- P&L fluctuation analysis
- Assist with review of quarterly inventory, reconcile variance in cost of goods sold to inventory count
- Perform detail account reconciliations
- Ad hoc reporting and analytic projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
- 1-3 years general ledger accounting experience is required.
- Strong technical accounting background
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manipulate and digest large amount of data
- High proficiency with Excel, v-lookup and pivot tables
